About the ROLE: This role suits an experienced EA who is professional, proactive and highly organised. Your strong relationship management skills, diplomacy, commitment to maintain confidentiality, and willingness to take genuine pride in the quality of your work will ensure success here.
Supporting the People and Culture Executive, key role accountabilities include:
- Delivering exceptional support to the People and Culture Executive and People and Culture Leadership Team.
- Extensive diary management and scheduling of appointments / meetings and other events.
- Prioritising and responding to all communications (email, phone calls and / or other communications) as necessary.
- Provide support across the entire P&C team, preparing and reviewing briefing papers, monitoring and providing updates on committee actions, assurance review and audit recommendations, legal and regulatory updates.
- Liaising with Stakeholders, representing the People and Culture Executive and developing trusted relationships.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring agendas and actions are circulated and followed up on a timely basis.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Executive Team as requested.
About YOU: You will possess:
- At least 5+ years’ experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant
- Previous diary management and email correspondence experience for multiple Executives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven skill in building relationships and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- The self-confidence and exceptional communication skills and high EQ to appropriately engage with a wide variety of people.
- Advanced practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously.
- An open and collaborative working style with the ability to be assertive yet diplomatic with all.
- The ability to work collaboratively and proactively contribute in a close knit team.
