This role is ideal for qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners, although experienced unqualified candidates with a strong background in childcare or nursery settings are also encouraged to apply.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create positive early experiences that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Acting as a key person where required
  • Assisting with observations, assessments, and learning journeys
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Supporting daily nursery routines and activities
  • Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
  • Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
  • Experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered
  • Previous nursery, childcare, or early years experience
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Passion for supporting children's development
