Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Problem Management activities, ensuring effective identification and resolution of issues. Prepare and present reports on trends and resolutions.
  • Document and maintain our Service Catalogue processes, policies and updates.
  • Assist the ICT Incident Manager in coordinating the response to major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyse reports to track service performance and identify areas for improvement. Use data to support decision-making and recommend enhancements to service efficiency.
