About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work effectively as a senior member in a team environment to support the operation and implementation of HR initiatives, budget management, performance strategies and practices.
  • Provide leadership in the delivery of an integrated and effective corporate support in relation to human resource management across the division.
  • Supervise a small team of administrative officers, managing performance and conduct to ensure best practice and process.
  • Manage short term business services projects and assignments to ensure effective human resources, financial and corporate management across the division.
  • Prepare briefing materials, submissions and reports, as required, regarding corporate support issues, activities and requirements.
