About the Role:

As the Senior Advisor you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Identify and respond to developing issues, good practice and opportunities in relation to the department's, division's and region's planning, governance, reporting and performance management processes and support continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of frameworks, resources and activities that support effective and efficient strategic and operational planning, corporate governance, performance, reporting and risk management.
  • Partner with teams across the region and division on projects aimed at building organisational capability and performance through proactive planning and engagement activities, including conducting workshops and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Childhood (State Delivered Kindergarten) SDK team to support schools to deliver a quality and compliant kindergarten program.
