About the role:

  • Lead a team of five marketing and engagement professionals.
  • Provide tactical, and operational level marketing and community engagement advice, consultancy, and support for BCE Principals to enable achievement of their student enrolment and business objectives in connection with BCE priorities.
  • Provide marketing and community engagement advice, consultancy and targeted support for the development and establishment of new BCE schools.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders – School Progress and Performance on developing generic and targeted school marketing and engagement improvement plans at school cluster level, in connection with school and BCE student enrolment retention and growth objectives.
  • Work alongside Principals to provide advice and develop practices and approaches to promote and market the school, attract new enrolments, retain existing enrolments and enhance the reputation of the school.
  • Enable access and equip BCE schools with marketing and engagement content, products, digital support, toolkits and accessible content advice and support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the development of BCE school marketing and engagement hubs and networks to share, inform and develop practice and access digital marketing support.
  • Apprise and advise the Manager – Communications and Engagement on current and emerging stakeholder and community issues and related actions, response and approaches for BCE schools.
  • Provide thought leadership and support to the Manager - Communications and Engagement on BCE communications and marketing strategy, plan and program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop and utilise internal and external data sources and benchmarking data to inform analytics and measurement-based reporting for school marketing and communications activities and progress.
