We are looking for dedicated and experienced educators to apply for the role of Senior Advisor ICT Engagement - Digital Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning, support, and professional learning for school-based staff in implementing M365 Copilot and Learning Accelerators across BCE schools. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping teachers and school staff to integrate Copilot into their practices, enhancing both their AI literacy and reducing workload. About the role

  • Provide support and professional learning for teachers in core ICT skills associated with BCE enterprise solutions, specifically the MS365 suite, (including M365 Copilot) and Apple IOS
  • Provide support and professional learning to schools in developing School ICT Operational Plans and appropriate governance structures
  • Support the realisation of the Digital Strategy goals within BCEO and across schools
  • Collaborate with Education Officers to support schools in implementing best practices associated with using technology to enhance learning and teaching.
  • In collaboration with relevant ITS role holders, support schools across clusters to develop and implement best practices around procurement, device set-up and onboarding
  • Provide access to ITS technical support services and partners, including network, wireless, device and hardware solutions
  • Upskill Education Officers in the use of BCE supported ICT systems and services
  • Collaborate with relevant cluster partners to provide a comprehensive support model for schools

About you:

  • Extensive experience in ICT engagement and digital support services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ICT operational plans and governance structures.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in BCE enterprise solutions (MS365 suite, including M365 Copilot, and Apple iOS).
  • Previous experience in an education setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in a either education, information technology or in another relevant field or previous experience in a similar position would be highly regarded.
  • QLD Driver's Licence or the ability to travel to Schools
