Veritas Education is delighted to be supporting a specialist primary school in the recruitment of a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join their outstanding primary team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible, and committed SEND Teacher to support pupils across a range of age groups who have diverse learning difficulties, including Autism, complex medical needs, and severe/moderate learning difficulties.

About the Role:

Teach and support pupils with a variety of SEND needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Work across the primary age range (2-11 years), adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of each pupil.

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.

Work collaboratively with specialist staff, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support for pupils.

Promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage physical activity/movement throughout the day.

The Ideal SEND Teacher Will:

- Be an enthusiastic and flexible SEND Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education.- Have experience working with children with Autism, complex medical needs, and a range of learning difficulties.- Be passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with SEND.- Have a secure understanding of safeguarding policies and be committed to the welfare of children.- Be able to adapt to the ever-changing demands of a school day with a cheerful and proactive approach.
