We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENCO to join our team in the Ribble Valley. This role is crucial in ensuring that all students with special educational needs receive the support they need to thrive. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the provision for students with special educational needs.

- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.

**Qualifications:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant SENCO qualification.

- Experience working in an educational setting with children who have special educational needs.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to develop effective relationships with students, parents, and staff.
