Veritas Education is proud to be exclusively managing the recruitment of an experienced and dedicated SENCO on behalf of a welcoming and supportive school. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to lead and develop SEND provision, ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the school's SEND provision

  • Identify and support students with additional needs

  • Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies

  • Develop and implement effective intervention strategies

  • Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and best practices

  • The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills

  • Have a proven track record of supporting students with SEND

  • Be committed to inclusive education and student success
