About the Role

  • Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Oversee interventions, provision mapping, and EHCP processes
  • Support teachers to meet diverse pupil needs
  • Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and school policies

    • Requirements

  • NASENCo (National Award for SEN Coordination) - essential
  • Strong experience within SEND in a primary setting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
