SEN Teaching Assistants Location: Primary Schools across Wakefield - WF2 Contract: Flexible Supply Basis (Day-to-Day & Long-Term)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Our agency is actively recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across the WF1 area of Wakefield.
These roles are offered on a flexible supply basis, ideal for individuals who want control over their schedule while gaining valuable experience in SEN settings.
You'll be supporting children with: - Autism (ASC) - Speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) - ADHD & behavioural needs - Moderate learning difficulties (MLD) - Social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH)
What we're looking for: - Previous experience supporting children with SEND (in school, care, or youth settings) - Patient, adaptable and proactive approach - Strong communication and behaviour management skills - Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
