We're working with a specialist SEN Primary school in Bromley that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.

If you have experience working with children with SEN and complex needs and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
  • Helping students re-engage with education

    • The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience with SEN, Complex Needs, youth work, or similar
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
  • Available from September
