As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with SEN needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficultiesDeliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to support academic progress and emotional wellbeingWork closely with class teachers, SENCo, and pastoral staffHelp students remain engaged, focused, and confident in lessonsAdapt support strategies to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targetsContribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentAbout You
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant OR supporting young people with SENDHave worked in a secondary school or similar setting (highly desirable)Are confident supporting ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needsAre patient, resilient, and adaptableBuild strong, professional relationships with students and staffAre committed to making a long-term difference in educationWhy Apply?
