The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficultiesProvide 1:1 and small‑group support within the classroom and during targeted interventionsHelp pupils stay engaged, confident, and supported in their learningWork collaboratively with the SENCo, teaching staff, and pastoral teamsContribute to a safe, caring, and structured learning environment where every student feels understood and valuedAbout You:
