SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School, Croydon Start: Next term Contract: Long term Pay: £100 to £120 per day (depending on experience)
A well-regarded Specialist SEN School in Croydon is seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term contract starting next term.
About the role:
Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs including ASD, MLD, SLD and complex needsProviding one-to-one and small group supportAssisting teachers and therapists in delivering tailored learning activitiesHelping pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independenceContributing to progress towards EHCP targetsRequirements:
Experience working with children with SEN is essentialStrong understanding of SEN support strategies and behaviour approachesPatient, positive and resilient attitudeAbility to build strong relationships with pupils and staffCommitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingWhy join this school:
