Job Title: Teaching Assistant (1-to-1 Support for Child with Autism) Location: Primary School, Blackburn
We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Blackburn as a 1-to-1 SEN Teaching Assistant.
This Teaching Assistant position will be providing one-to-one support for a child with autism. This position will be supporting the child's development, communication and learning needs in and outside of the classroom.
The child is non-verbal and has delayed development and visual impairment. The successful candidate must have experience with the Attention Autism approach and be confident in supporting the child's learning and development on a one-to-one basis.

Safeguarding & Application Requirements: All applicants are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) following our safeguarding policy.
Your CV should cover the last 10 years of employment, including explanations for any employment breaks. You must have the legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.
