Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Watford

A welcoming and inclusive school in Watford is looking for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This permanent position is ideal for a candidate passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to meet students' needs.
  • Support students' emotional and social well-being.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
  • Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students.

    • Salary:£95-110 per day (based on experience).
