About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join outstanding SEN schools in Lambeth & Southwark. These schools provide a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment where students with complex learning needs, ASD, SEMH, and other SEN requirements can thrive.

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role, you MUST hold one of the following:✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Preferred✔️ Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) - Considered✔️ Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Considered❌ Any other or no qualifications will NOT be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

???? Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging, differentiated lessons to meet students' individual needs???? Support students with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties???? Implement EHCP targets to help students achieve their personal and academic goals???? Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment???? Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers to provide holistic support???? Use multi-sensory and adaptive teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs

Who We're Looking For

✔️ A qualified teacher with QTS, QTLS, or PGCE (NO other qualifications will be accepted)✔️ Experience teaching in an SEN school or working with students with additional needs✔️ A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching✔️ Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques✔️ A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
