SEN Secondary Teacher Start Date: ASAP Pay: £175 - £230 per day

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a meaningful impact within a specialist secondary setting?

We are seeking an SEN Teacher to join an outstanding secondary provision supporting students with generic learning disabilities. This vibrant and nurturing learning community delivers bespoke curricula designed to meet the individual needs of every learner. With exceptional facilities and a highly skilled staff team, the provision offers an environment where students are supported to feel safe, happy, and inspired to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering engaging, high-quality education and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner across a range of abilities

  • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning

  • Have experience, or a strong interest, in working with students with learning disabilities and additional needs

  • Contribute to a shared vision focused on student wellbeing, progress, and aspiration

  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and external professionals

  • Be reflective and committed to the ongoing development of their teaching practice

  • Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • An enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A clear commitment to safeguarding and child protection

  • A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and keen to develop their skills within a specialist setting.
