As an SEN Teacher with Veritas Education, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with students who have a variety of learning difficulties, including Autism, Aspergers, Down Syndrome, and Pre- and Non-Verbal conditions. We are looking for a qualified teacher who possesses experience in effectively supporting children with differing needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support and instruction to students across different year groups within the school.
  • Create inclusive learning environments that accommodate the diverse needs and abilities of all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure student progress.
  • Employ a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and facilitate their learning effectively.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, including Autism, Aspergers, Down Syndrome, and other learning difficulties.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students across different year groups.
  • Enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
