SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead

A specialist SEMH/SEN setting in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an experienced SEN TA to join their team. This role would suit someone confident supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and social-emotional needs.

The role:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across KS3/KS4

  • Helping deliver personalised learning plans linked to EHCPs

  • Assisting with behaviour regulation, sensory needs and structured routines

  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent support

    • What they're looking for:

  • Strong SEN experience (ASD/SEMH essential)

  • Someone patient, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure

  • Confident building trust and maintaining boundaries

  • A positive, team-focused attitude

    • Pay: £90-£110 per day Start: ASAP
