SEN Support - Primary (Complex Needs)
Bradford - BD6 Area Immediate Start / Ongoing Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Our supply agency is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Support Assistant to work with primary‑aged pupils who have a range of complex needs in a welcoming school around the BD6 area of Bradford.

About the Role
Supporting primary‑aged pupils with a variety of complex additional needs, which may include: Communication and interaction needsSocial, emotional, and mental health needsSensory processing differencesLearning difficultiesWorking 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils engage with learningImplementing personalised strategies and support plansAssisting with behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeingCollaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionalsHelping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary settingA calm, patient, and consistent approachConfidence working with pupils who may display challenging behaviourStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationshipsSomeone reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progressTeamwork skills and the ability to follow guidance from teaching staffAbout the School
