We collaborate with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.

We are currently recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with students with learning difficulties in primary, secondary, and SEN schools in West and North West London starting in January 2025. Roles are term time, full time, Monday-Friday working from 8.30am-4pm. Ideally you will have experience working with students with SEN or you will have knowledge of learning difficulties through personal experience and/or academic studies.

  • Responsibilities for SEN Learning Support Assistant include:

  • Supporting students who have learning difficulties
  • Working proactively to help students achieve their attainment levels
  • Providing personal care as required
  • Encouraging students to engage proactively with their learning
  • Helping to provide a safe environment for children to learn
  • Assisting the teacher with students general learning and development.
  • You will be:

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in special needs and learning difficulties
  • A strong communicator, able to build a rapport with young people
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Comfortable with personal care
  • Reliable and committed to the school and students' improvement
  • Enthusiastic and engaging
  • Able to work alongside the teacher and independently
  • Certifications and attendance to training courses for SEN are beneficial, as well as first hand experience with SEN.
  • Graduates with experience in SEN are welome!
