Start Date: ASAP Pay: £175 - £230 per day

Are you an experienced and passionate teacher seeking a new challenge?

We are looking for an SEN Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive college. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to a diverse group of learners. The successful candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding classroom teacher across a wide range of abilities

  • Have a proven track record in the development of their teaching

  • Be able to contribute to and develop a shared vision for the college community

  • Be committed to all aspects of inclusion and building strong relationships with parents/advocates

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), and have experience working with students with additional needs

    • While prior experience in SEN is preferred, it is not essential. We encourage applications from teachers with a passion for inclusive education, regardless of previous SEN experience.

    Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

  • Current DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Professional reference checks

  • Employment history covering the last 10 years (with explanations for any employment gaps)

  • Legal right to work in the UK
