The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
  • Build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult role model
  • Support behaviour regulation strategies within lessons and around school
  • Encourage engagement, confidence, attendance and social development
  • Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SEND professionals
