San Damiano College are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, professional, and dedicated teacher HPE teacher to join our young, vibrant school community. This dynamic teacher will join our current dedicated teachers to implement innovative and quality learning programs to assist our students be the best version of themselves.

About the role - As a dynamic and innovative member of our school community, you will:

About you - To be successful in this role you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience in HPE & Humanities Teaching as well as:
- Strong literacy, numeracy and digital literacy practices plus a clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum
- Commitment to child safety
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organisational skills
- Attend in detail to innovative and creative practices that enhance learning
- Ability to co-plan and co-teach with colleagues
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.
At BCE our teachers are required to:
- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

About our school: As the first Catholic secondary college in the community of Yarrabilba, San Damiano College is perfectly placed between Brisbane’s CBD and the Gold Coast. Yarrabilba, as a master planned community in Logan - home to 45,000 residents on completion, is a vibrant growing community with a planned educational precinct within which San Damiano College is located.
