As we continue to expand our partnerships with schools across County Durham and the wider North East, Veritas Education is actively recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors for a variety of opportunities starting from September.

    • The Role

    You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons or supervising learning activities
  • Managing classrooms of up to 30 students
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Supporting student engagement and behaviour
  • Building strong relationships with school staff and pupils

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS)

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
