Graduate Teaching Assistant - maths and science focusStart asapTwickenham Full time, term time onlyVeritas are working with a secondary school in Twickenham.The school are looking an inspiring STEM graduate to support gifted KS4 students in science and maths who are interested in pursuing STEM related degrees/careers. A degree relating to engineering, science or maths is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience tutoring GCSE/ A level students.The school are particularly interested in meeting candidates that have a keen interest in pursuing a career in teaching.This role will continue until July 2025.The school is located close to various local bus routes and is a short distance from a mainline train station. There is some parking available on site.

Key skills and experience needed:

  • STEM related degree
  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • B or above in subjects at A level
  • Behaviour management skills
  • Professional manner and enthusiastic
