Your Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily support operations including mail distribution, document handling, room and event setup, furniture movement, store control, stocktakes, and asset tracking.
- Assist with site security by operating alarm systems, securing buildings, and safely transporting school banking deposits.
- Maintain clean and functional facilities by addressing drainage issues, coordinating waste removal, performing urgent cleaning, and supporting major school events.
- Uphold WHS standards through safe chemical storage, hazard reporting, accurate equipment records, and routine servicing of tools and machinery.
- Carry out or arrange repairs to buildings, furniture, locks, windows, pools, and specialised equipment, ensuring facilities remain safe and operational.
- Oversee grounds care including mowing, turf and garden maintenance, sports field preparation, equipment upkeep, supply ordering, contractor liaison, and support of agricultural activities where required.
