School Support staff at CSDE are integral to the smooth operation of a complex, digitally enabled school. Our teams support innovative online learning, large scale logistics, student services, wellbeing programs, ICT, finance, facilities and community engagement.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and present school facilities and grounds to a high standard
  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, indoor and outdoor upkeep
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for staff, students, and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with staff to support school activities and events
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements including maintenance of a safe work environment.
  • Support school operations through practical, hands-on work

About you:

  • Practical, reliable, and take pride in your work
  • Experience in grounds and maintenence or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to contributing to a positive school environment
