This is a OO2 progression position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the OO2 classification with eligibility for progression to the OO3 level once specific criteria have been met. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of OO2 to OO3 classification range.

About the School:

Warwick State High School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community of over 680 students and approximately 65 teaching staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform a range of activities (as per role description) to ensure that the school is maintained to a high standard.
  • Delivery and collection of mail, parcels etc; printing and photocopying; preparing classrooms for examinations and preparing activity/assembly halls including moving/arranging furniture and seating.
  • Using and maintaining the school security system, banking of school funds, locking and unlocking of buildings.
  • Attend to/or arrange repairs and maintenance within the school including those which relate to furniture and equipment, locks and windows and school facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, manage equipment records; and maintain tools and equipment for repair services.
