  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Student Support: Assist with student inquiries, attendance tracking, and coordination of student-related activities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; maintain accurate student records and databases.
  • Communication: Liaise with teaching staff, administration, and parents to ensure effective communication within the school community.
  • First Aid: Provide basic first aid to students when necessary and maintain first aid supplies.
  • General Duties: Assist with various tasks as required, including supporting school events and activities.


To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
