What You’ll Do:

Be the First Point of Contact: Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm smile.
Organisational Wizardry: Keep our office running smoothly—manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
Marketing Maven: Use your creativity to promote school events, engage with our community, and help showcase the amazing things happening at Queen of Apostles through newsletters, social media, and more.
Communication Champion: Draft emails, memos, and announcements that keep everyone in the loop—clear and compelling is your middle name!

What We’re Looking For:

A Friendly Face: Your warm demeanour and communication skills should make everyone feel welcome.
Organisational Guru: You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
Marketing Know-How: Experience in marketing or social media is a plus! Help us tell our story in a captivating way.
Tech-Savvy Superstar: Proficient in use of BCE suite of Microsoft Tools.
 

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
