Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: Approximately 8hrs per week (4 days per week), working two consecutive weeks then one week off. Flexibility required to cover other staff when required (possibly on your week off).
Salary level, range or hourly rate: $37.83 per hour (School Salary Scale)/(Services Salary Scale)

Marymount is a co-educational Catholic primary school which caters for over 1000 students and is located on the southern end of the Gold Coast. We are a predominantly 6-stream school which has an inclusive education policy and is situated on the same campus as Marymount College.

The School Crossing Supervisor position is responsible for effective management of the flow of pedestrians on, or about the school crossing as well as the direction of vehicles within the crossing environment to ensure the safe operation of the approved school crossings.
Applicants will be required to undergo training with the Department of Main Roads (DMR) as well as complete a medical at their own cost with the DMR's specified General Practitioner. The successful applicant will also hold or have the ability to obtain a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
