About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Build and manage strategic relationships to strengthen planning processes and improve coordinated service delivery aligned with government policy.
- Analyse demographic, community, and planning data to provide informed advice and support future-focused service planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Partnership Initiative priorities and local response plans, identifying emerging trends and quality improvement opportunities.
- Develop and apply responsive planning and coordination strategies that build community capacity and optimise outcomes for key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, uphold service standards, and work collaboratively across diverse project activities and stakeholder groups.
