About the Role

As our Room Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the 2-3s room - guiding your team, championing high‑quality practice, and creating a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, offering stability, progression, and the chance to make a real impact every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the 2-3s room with confidence, creativity, and a nurturing approach

  • Planning engaging, age‑appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support development

  • Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding practice

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensuring the room runs smoothly, safely, and in line with EYFS standards

  • Bringing fresh ideas, positive energy, and a fun‑loving personality to the team

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Ideally 1 year of experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner

  • A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

  • Someone who loves to get stuck in, lead by example, and inspire others

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development

  • A creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
