RE Teacher - Blackburn

Start: February Half Term Duration: Until Easter (with potential to extend) Location: Blackburn Position: Full-time

We are seeking a qualified RE Teacher to join a secondary school in Blackburn from February half term. This role includes teaching Year 11 and potentially post‑16, so we are specifically looking for a specialist Religious Education teacher.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification specialising in Religious Education
  • Have experience teaching RE up to GCSE (A‑Level experience desirable)
  • Be confident delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons
  • Support strong academic and personal outcomes for students
  • Be available from February half term until Easter, with the possibility of extension
