???? What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of schools
  • Build long-term relationships with headteachers, business managers, SENCOs & MAT leaders
  • Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Work towards weekly and termly targets with the support of a collaborative team
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to placement
