The Role

As a Reception Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and imaginative lessons following the EYFS framework.
  • Create a nurturing environment that supports children's curiosity, independence, and love of learning.
  • Work closely with your parallel class teacher and support staff to deliver a rich and balanced curriculum.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • Contribute to the wider life of this thriving and successful school.

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Is creative, reflective, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Has high expectations for all pupils and promotes inclusion and diversity.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a strong and supportive team.
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
