Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role in a supportive secondary school environment? Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and skilled TA to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Rossendale area on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 within a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver tailored learning support
  • Assist with behaviour management, small-group interventions, and one-to-one support
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Help promote progress, confidence, and independence in young people

    • ✅ Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A recognised TA qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a secondary school setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, confident, and adaptable approach to supporting learners
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Veritas)
