Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to primary-aged children.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and foster a positive, respectful atmosphere.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • A passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • The ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
