What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences for children
  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
  • Encouraging outdoor exploration and nature-based learning
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Helping to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Observing children's development and celebrating their achievements
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
