What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting children in their learning and development through fun, engaging activities
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observing and tracking children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and creativity
  • Working collaboratively with a friendly and supportive team

    • What we're looking for:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • A positive, proactive, and caring approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
