    • The Role

    As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support children's individual learning journeys
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Get involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery
  • Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team
  • Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Previous nursery or Early Years experience
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team
