Key Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to observations and children's learning journeys.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and welfare procedures at all times.
  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

    • Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
