The Role

This is a rewarding and fulfilling position where you will play a key role in supporting children's early development while working as part of a compassionate and dedicated team. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where children feel secure, confident, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engaging, play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
  • Promote children's emotional wellbeing, development, and independence
  • Contribute to observations and learning journeys where appropriate
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and families
  • Work in partnership with parents to support each child's individual needs
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain the highest standards of care

    • What We're Looking For

    Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience (for unqualified applicants) A warm, caring, and patient approach Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset A genuine passion for supporting young children and their families Basic knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, or a willingness to learn
