The Role:
As a Maths teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 may be available depending on experience)Plan, prepare and assess pupils' work in line with curriculum requirements (shorter term roles without planning are available on a cover basis)Use data and assessment tools effectively to monitor progress and adjust teaching accordinglyFoster a positive learning environment where all students feel confident and motivatedContribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and school-wide initiativesUphold and promote the school's core values and commitment to safeguarding???? Person Specification:
We are looking for a dedicated, reflective and enthusiastic individual who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT with relevant placement experienceHas a degree in Mathematics or a related fieldDemonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subjectHas high expectations of themselves and their studentsIs committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all learnersIs confident using a variety of teaching strategies and technology to support learning????
