Deputy Room Leader - Independent Nursery Opportunity in Wetherby Organisation: Veritas Education Location: Wetherby
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a welcoming independent nursery in Wetherby to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Room Leader to join their supportive early years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Level 3 practitioner who is looking to take the next step in their early years career within a nurturing and high-quality nursery setting. The nursery prides itself on creating a warm, engaging, and child-centred environment where both children and staff can thrive.
As a Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the room, helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and organised environment. You will play an active role in supporting children's learning and development, leading engaging activities, and helping to guide and support other practitioners within the room.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior practitioner, deputy room leader, or leadership role within a nursery setting and be passionate about delivering outstanding early years care and education.
