About the Role: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Core Subject Teachers (Maths, English, or Science) to join dynamic secondary school teams across East Lancashire. In this role, you will deliver high-quality lessons in your chosen subject area (Maths, English, or Science) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to achieve their best and supporting their academic development. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to raising standards and fostering a love for learning in their subject area.

Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area (Maths, English, or Science) to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. * Differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs (SEN). * Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support for further improvement. * Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of the subject. * Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams, offering guidance, resources, and revision strategies. * Collaborate with colleagues across various schools to continually enhance and develop the core subject curriculum.

Ideal Candidate: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in your specialist subject area (Maths, English, or Science). * Experience teaching your subject at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. * Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEN. * A proactive, positive approach with a commitment to improving student outcomes.
